Reference (TORs) for the Underwriting, Reinsurance &amp; Co-insurance Committee have been finalized by the text_left   ekit_heading_tablet-   ekit_heading_mobile-\">\t\t\t\t<div class='ekit-heading__description'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"terrorism-list\">\n<li>Advise the Board and management concerning the establishment and review of the Company\u2019s underwriting policies and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Set out the criteria for assessing various types of insurance risks and determine the premium policy of different insurance covers.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly review the underwriting and premium policies of the Company with regard to relevant factors such as its business portfolio and the market development.<\/li>\n<li>Develop the policy for effecting reinsurance, not inconsistent with the relevant provisions of the Insurance Ordinance, 2000 and shall ensure that adequate reinsurance arrangements are made for the business of the Company.<\/li>\n<li>Review the reinsurance arrangements from time to time, and subject to the consent of the participating reinsurers, make appropriate adjustments to the arrangements in the light of the market development.<\/li>\n<li>Assess the effectiveness of the reinsurance program for the future reference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-246c363 elementor-widget
