The Company was founded in 1934 by Dr. Sir Muhammad Iqbal, Hakeem-ul-Ummat, and is one of the oldest insurance companies of Pakistan. The Company was taken over by the Atlas Group in 1980. The Company has made steady progress since its acquisition by the Atlas Group.
This insurance covers legal liability in respect of claims raised by third parties due to supplied and/or sold faulty products by the Insured.
