The Management Committee acts at the operating level in an advisory capacity to the Chief Executive Officer, providing recommendations relating to the business and other corporate affairs. The Committee is responsible for reviewing and forwarding short / long term plans, capital and expense budget development and stewardship of business plans. The Committee is also responsible for maintaining a healthy environment within the Company as well as outside the Company through channeling its financing and investment to projects, producing environments friendly products.
